Schools provide lunch to ANYONE who shows up needing lunch in my county.

Year round.

Adults can come, they can bring children not old enough to go to school and they can come alone.

They don’t sit in the cafeteria with the kids during the school year BUT they can pick up a free lunch from the kitchen.

Turns out feeding people costs less than hungry people (which is how they keep justifying it to the people who want to take it away) AND it’s the right thing to do.

Had the game save funny as I was changing a characters clothes, our party was long resting.

Next time we loaded up EVERYONE was naked.

At this point it will play in a dated way and if you’ve been on the internet the campaign is likely spoiled … BUT

Spec Ops: the line is a fantastic single player campaign that makes the game more than a shooter alone.

That’s just not true though.

Motorcycles do not have to meet the same stringent requirements as cars because they aren’t classified as cars.

This holds true in most “western” nations.

They’re allowed higher emissions and put out more emissions per person than cars do.

You guys can downvote me all you want but 1 person in 1 car emits less emissions than 1 person on 1 motorcycle.

This is NOT an argument for cars but an argument AGAINST a single user motorized transport.

This doesn’t negate the argument against cars but it’s strange to see people arguing FOR another form of motorized transport rather than walkable cities OR mass public transportation.

They pollute more and use more energy to move a single person.

1 rider, 1 engine often regulated well below what automotive emissions standards require.

The food thing really is a game changer.

Adjust your meals to match the meal time where you’re going day or two ahead of time.

For calling the outright misinformation what it was and just generally not agreeing with them

Many .ml communities are becoming (or already are) their own little the_donald type communities.

The .ml instance has deliberately overt bias and will literally ban you for not agreeing with their interpretation of Marxist-Leninist communism.

Bad faith “conversation” is their thing.

Worked at a staples store in the early 2000s and we’d make an announcement that the store was closing 30 minutes before, 15 minutes before and then another when we closed.
