I had an Anker headphone break within a year or so. I asked for a replacement and sent a picture of a broken hinge. Despite heavy insinuations from them that it was probably because of my rough use (lkely true), they sent me a replacement and asked for my feedback with the whole process. Nicest customer service experience Ive had.

Why bother with anything at all?

In customer service. If I see a bot I know there is a 95 % chance I won’t get the information I am looking for. If I could get the information online somewhere, I wouldn’t have contacted customer service in the first place! I just want to interact with another human being who’s able to understand my queries.
