I need to try out Xonotic. I went to high school with the guy who started the original game, who runs Alientrap now.

I’ve been meaning to try the original Crysis now that I have a computer that can play it. I started it, but then life happened.
DOOM Eternal didn’t do it for me. It’s Doom-ish, but not enough. It’d be a better game if it wasn’t set in the Doom universe trying to add a bunch of non-Doom elements to the game. Doom (2016) did that too, but not to the same extent. I like the older Dooms mostly for their simplicity: get gun, see bad guy, shoot gun. Pick up health. Repeat. Doom Eternal did that, but added a story, weapon mods, and skills. Fine mechanics, but not Doom enough for me.
I once caught gay from a used marijuana needle. Never again. Took a lot of prayer and fasting to make that go away. Ban it. Ban it all!
(/s, of course. Shouldn’t be necessary but this is the internet…)
I’m on Ubuntu because work too. I really hope nobody gets the idea to do really silly things like enforce Gnome or something. Wouldn’t put it past them.
Sway on Arch master race?
McNally Robinson is also a huge bookstore in Saskatoon.
Right, forgot about the moons. I managed to confuse new and original doom in my mind. IIRC the humans didn’t even invent the teleporters. They were already there.
I’d hate to be the first human… in the original game there are dead people all over the place and the evil humans you do see are posessed.
Oh yeah, completely agree as long as it’s done by the car with no telemetry or anything. When it comes to features like this my big worry is always privacy. The safety is a good thing.
My car turns off cruise control if you look away from the road for any length of time.
The highest speed limit in the USA is 137kph or 85mph. 148 is not a lot higher, and people tend to be stupid.
It is relatively easy. My 2019 Mazda3 does this already when cruise control is on. Its front manufacturer logo is a radar device, and there are a few more on the car. Making it full-time should be easy enough.
But does “panic” also mean “panic” in Polish?
Looks like the instances that have defederated the most other instances, rather than been defederated by the most.
Yellowknife is actually just 1 degree colder in the winter than where I live. There are colder cities in the arctic, though…
But yes, people need to toughen up.
Ironically, that’s not helpful with biking, I bike year round and keep warm. Works okay for walking and such, though.
It’d be great here but I fear it won’t get much traction 'cause it’s usually well below 0 by late October. People here don’t like cold :(
Need more context: Are you also 15? If so then this might be acceptable anywhere.
But… how’d you think the got made? Had you never had a decent one at a restaurant?
Not really. Modern games will claim to be free to play, with many parts of the game hidden behind microtransactions, or they’ll be paid with the option to buy more.
Doom never claimed to be free to play. It was always 100% up front that the shareware version wasn’t much more than a playable demo. The paid version of Doom was the complete game.
Yup, I was frienda with his older brother. Both of them were/are a bit weird, didn’t think much of either of them academically until grade 12. Then their math & and computer genious came out. Had a few university classes with them, the older brother has better social skills, but Lee is more creative IMHO.
Upshot is I played Capsized in 2009, so that was neat.
