As someone from the US i always saw it as people can’t afford to take time off to donate, so compensating them for their time makes it so they can afford to donate.
A few states make it illegal to be monetarily compensated for your blood or plasma, but others it’s completely fine.
The mail carriers didn’t do anything wrong, why would I send something through the mail that could completely ruin their day?
I’m looking to offend that rich cunt, not some poor worker who has to clean up a package full of shit if it gets destroyed in transit. Plus, mailing a piece of paper with a drawing of shit is far cheaper than mailing a box.

Everyone should send these shitty people drawings of poop. Good ones, bad ones. Whatever your drawing level… draw a poop, lable it with “poop” if youre not sure theyll get it and send it. That should get across that we collectively think they are shit.
These types of assholes usually have po box for their businesses at the very least. On their website they typically have some sort of mailing address under “contact us.”
If we can get inundated with junk mail everyday from shitty businesses advertising I think we can return the favor on this one.

If I went vegan I’d probably suffer a very slow, agonizing death from my brain going haywire and seize until I go into psychosis and die. If my body could take it I’d probably be a vegetarian and eat only local eggs and cheese, but it’s a bad idea according to my doctor. It sucks.

I’m aware of some vegans stances being against having pets, but if people are feeding their cats and dogs a vegan diet at least some portion of vegans aren’t against it.
For folks who want pets who are also vegan they should choose a species compatible with that instead of forcing it on an animal who’s biology isn’t going to thrive under those conditions.
I’m really hoping that lab grown meat will be available soon. I have a weird genetic issue where my body doesn’t like to absorb certain vitamins from food so I get basically nothing from raw veggies, negligible amounts from cooked veggies, and a tiny bit more from meat, eggs and dairy.
I take prescription vitamins, but according to my Dr I need to eat meat/animal products with them or risk going into a deficiency again… the last time I was deficient I had seizures and serious neurological issues.
I hate the meat industry and factory farming, but also want my brain to function and to not have seizures.
Lab grown meat will solve this dilemma for me.
There are plenty of vegan friendly pets to choose from too. Rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, pygmy goats ect. If they are willing to accept insectivorous animals that list gets longer.
Why choose a pet like a cat if their diet is a philosophical problem for them? Choose a different animal.

I’m in zone 6! Marshmallows like a lot of water, and will take partial shade. If you have an area that likes to puddle or gets really water logged that’s a perfect place tp put them since they’ll soak up all the water.
Also, they get VERY large. Like 6-7ft tall and 3-4ft wide on their second year. They do die back to the ground completely in winter though. And they can spread when they’re happy so make sure you leave lots of space for them.
They are very easy to grow from seed with some stratifying in the fridge(simulate winter), or get pre-stratified seeds. Good luck and enjoy!
There’s a native marshmallow plant(althea officinalis) that I grow in my gardens. Trying to get the roots out to make marshmallows is like trying to pull an octopus out of the ground.
It’s so worth it. The flowers are quite pretty too.
