Bucket of piranhas perched above a door.

Put a piranha in the apple bobbing barrel for a “hardcore” mode.

April fools (self explanatory).

  replace a coworker’s mouse with a live piranha (timing is important – don’t want the poor thing to suffocate, have a bowl of water handy).
