As has been the case for all UAVs of the past and they are still called “unmanned”.
Manned used to mean “person on board” and it obviously does not mean that anymore. A remote controlled drone is still unmanned.
Yes they want to differentiate it from a AI controlled drone but it’s a stupid way to do so.
