    And I’m saying that him acting like a lunatic and literally lying dozens of times publicly destroyed his credibility, not “the media”. The documentary does a great job of treating him fairly but most things he said ended up being baseless or false.

      I just don’t think that’s something that’s reasonable to by default expect people to be lying about, even if they are known not to be credible, and it definitely isn’t a detail that’s ever appropriate to omit entirely from coverage of someones death. If that’s the attitude towards it then getting away with “suiciding” someone in terms of public opinion has a pretty low barrier for success.

        It’s a reasonable thing to think that a paranoid drug addict would be saying shit like that for the attention alone. Kinda interesting that this could be controversial imo

        He was a mentally ill drug addicted criminal. Kinda obvious that’s not a reliable source of info no matter the topic.

        If you saw the documentary you’d see he did a lot of weird things to get attention and everyone who worked with him or knew him seemed to agree with that assessment
