It’s happening in my city because we just voted for it. Previously the zoning rules prohibited it on SFH lots. Boy did the magats try everything to stop it, including bringing out old dog whistles but their only concerns was to raise their own property values. The majority was more concerned about growing our economy and keeping the cost of housing down.
