Aha yeah, there’s no place for random rewards either, same shit in Baldur’s Gate 3.

That’s one specific promotion, not really the same as embedding microtransactions in the game

How many times do you need the wool pulled over your eyes before you see this company for what it really is? Lol

Water is wet. You could’ve easily written the headline saying CD projekt sees future in multiplayer micro transactions. He specifically was hedging that fact with the interview question answer that did not specify between the two. Then this article pops up to carry their water.

The sad part is, they didn’t even likely pay him for this.

Tell that to people defending micro transactions in dragons dogma. “But you can earn it in game for free!” except it takes hours to get enough in game currency to customize 1 character (you have 2) unless your second character gets hired, which is unreliable. That same currency is also needed to unlock cosmetics like being able to use the red color in the character creator.

BTW, nioh 2 you unlock customising your character after the first mission and it costs nothing in game, you can do it as many times as you want.

Man, DD just keeps losing to CD Projekt. I remember DD originally came out for console right when I made the switch to PC, and when they finally released on PC? Same exact day as Witcher 3 release.

    Something something shadow of giants.

Like honestly, DD devs clearly don’t think things through, and if I didn’t absolutely love the first one, I wouldn’t be giving 2 as much slack as I am.

But what are his thoughts about over promising a game and releasing it in an absolutely laughable state and then sell a dlc after almost fixing said game years later?
